BBQ Sauce

Surf and Turf

Zesty sassy sauce laced with horseradish and orange peel.
Excellent on shrimp, oysters and clams on the half shell, steak, salads, dumplings, sushi, sashimi and shish-kabobs. Use for spicing up bloody marys.

Hot Sauce

Spicy smooth combination of assorted hot peppers, vinegar, secret herbs and spices with a southwestern funk
Use on eggs, rice, fish, chicken wings, Mexican food, beans, pizza, pasta. Add to sauces and salsa.

Hot Spicy Mustard

With Horseradish Jalapeno relish
Use as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers wontons, seafood, pretzels, or hot dogs. Excellent on kielbasa, chesse and crackers, and all of your favorite sandwiches.

Jamaican Barbecue

Sweet and Sour Sauce

A raspberry duck sauce with a bite like nobody's business!
Excellent as a dipping sauce for BBQ ribs, dumplings and wings. Also use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats and poultry

Smokey roasted jalepeño and lime juice combined with southwestern spices.
A smooth hot so delicious it's almost illegal! Experiment!

A sweet blend of teriyaki, apricot, wasabi and ginger.

Serve with all of your holiday meals. Use as a glaze or side dish on ham, porkchops, and chicken. Use for baking, pies, breads, muffins, potato pancakes, or heat up and pour over ice cream.
